Designed Pilates x Amp Wellbeing Five-Day Focus

 We’ve teamed up with Designed Pilates to spotlight certain areas of the body that sometimes get overlooked - they are our foundations, our building blocks. For 20 minutes each day, you will gain more awareness of these areas of your body and have a real understanding of any imbalances that may need some extra attention or work. You’ll also gain an understanding that if you have imbalances in certain parts of your body, like your feet, how this may impact further up your body.
